Response times
- General enquiries and technical support: within 72 business hours of the date the message is received.
- Privacy and data deletion requests: within a maximum of 30 business days, in accordance with the requirements of Google Play and the Apple App Store.
- Reporting a security issue or vulnerability: within 24 hours of the date of receipt.
- Official working days: Sunday to Thursday, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia time (GMT+3).
